Memory Keeper/ Journal

Last night one of daughters asked if she could make a memory keeper/journal. How could I say “no?” I let her use my supplies. She picked a distress/vintage theme. This is the end product. Her twin sister started one too but got tired before she finished. We plan to finish her project tonight.

Thank You Note Using Winter Marci

I volunteered my daughters to make a Thank You card for the girls in their Girl Scouts troop to sign. So in turn, they asked me to help. Naturally I agreed to help. They picked out the stamp, the papers, and sentiments. I colored with my Copic markers and cut. The girls pieced everything together. The three of us had lots of fun making this card.

Winter Marci says "Merci!!"

I love my new Winter Marci stamp by La-La land Crafts!! Isn’t she adorable? As soon as I saw her the first thing that came to mind was my trip to Paris. I need to send a friend a thank you note so I decided to teach Winter Marci a little French. Out came my Eifel Tower stamp (by Magnolia Rubberstamps), my “Merci” sentiment (Magenta Style) and my Copic markers. I left the inside of the card blank so I would have lots of space to write to my friend. Oh, I should mention, I couldn’t decide which Spellbinders corner edge to use on the inside, so I simply used both. Now that is a bold move for me. Here is my finished product which I have dubbed, “Marci says ‘Merci.’” Thanks for stopping by.

Birthday Card

I love this stamp (Marci with Rose by La-La Land Crafts)!! Irnia of Everything Paper Crafts (http://www.everythingpapercrafts.blogspot.com/) made an amazing card using this stamp and posted it on her blog. When I saw it, I knew I had to have the stamp. Irina’s card is so beautiful, I shared it with my sister. She too loves it.

Well, my sister is getting ready to celebrate her birthday. Since she lives next door to our Mom, whose name is Rose, I thought I would try to reproduce the card Irnia made. Seems fitting uh? Well here it is. Happy Birthday Stephanie!!
